Our team has extensive international experience of delivering major projects and programmes at all stages. These range from strategic concept to commissioned hospitals, operational studies and project readiness or stage audit reviews. This includes business case investment through to commissioning new or upgraded facilities and operational stage reviews for best value. As an independent DQI assessor Conor has been asked to lead several high profile reviews of major capital projects to ensure optimum delivery. He has also commissioned full new build and refurbished hospitals to operational delivery in both the UK and abroard.
