The team have over 30 years experience, all over the world, we have substantial experience in bringing together health strategy, demand modelling and clinical trends to deliver sustainable and transformational healthcare. Our team members have worked on complex acute projects like Karolinska Sweden, UCLH London, Hamad Medical Qatar, Manchester Hospitals, British Colombia Women’s and Children’s Canada, Bangalore; Ambulatory centres in UK, Qatar, Slovakia, Germany; Primary and Community Hospitals like Daventry, Warrington, St Andrew’s and the Northern Rehabilitation Centre. Our team members have an extensive portfolio and share international best practice with our clients to help achieve service transformation. HPD team mebers have worked with many private hospital providers on both wholescale new projects and also on specilty led refurbishment and improvements. We have also completed several University Academic Teaching complexes.

Our Principal consultant, Conor Ellis has delivered major global schemes and spoken at international conferences in 4 continents. He has been interviewed by and been published in many well known journals and has appeared on TV. His experience has also led to him to appear as an expert witness in healthcare disputes in the UK courts. He brings independence, new ideas and clarity to deliver future plans to board level projects. In the UK Conor was heavily influencial introducing single rooms, standardised rooms and contributed heavily to many of the outputs of the “NHS NHP Playbook”. Conor has worked upon several major projects across Ireland including Surgical hubs programme, Tallaght University Hospital , Waterford University Hospital Cork University Hospital. and St James Dublin.
