Our team members have worked on complex acute projects like Karolinska Sweden, UCLH London, Hamad Medical Qatar, Manchester Hospitals, British Colombia Women’s and Children’s Canada, Bangalore; Ambulatory centres in UK, Qatar, Slovakia, Germany; Primary and Community Hospitals like Daventry, Warrington, St Andrew’s and the Northern Rehabilitation Centre. Our team members have an extensive portfolio and share international best practice with our clients to help achieve service transformation.   

Our Principal consultant, Conor Ellis has delivered major global schemes and spoken at international conferences in 4 continents. He has been interviewed by and been published in many well known journals and has appeared on TV.  His experience has also led to him to appear as an expert witness in healthcare disputes in the UK courts.
