Conor has worked extensively across the entire care pathway and looked at a range of LEAN and evidence based transformations. This has included projects in which he has led projects in London, Portsmouth, Stoke, Manchester, Birmingham, Cork, Dublin ,Stockholm, Vancouver, Brisbane and Doha. In addition he has worked on smaller scale extension plans in several UK localities and further afield. His work has also included national planning toolkits and recently, in Ireland, he was central to the IAEM report guidance and toolkit on future planning .
