Operational Commissioning
Given the experience of delivering some of the largest projects –(our team members have been involved in 10 projects over 100,000sqm² to 295,000 sqm² each), we have the experience for delivering commissioning plans for -:
- effective delivery of the operational hospital (non construction and interface to total project delivery
- coordinating plans for planning, training and staff orientation in relation to moving into new facilities /or buildings or changing processes.
- reviewing where teams are at stage reviews as independent advisor or for board governance ror regional or national reporting
- lessons learnt and Post Project Evaluation
Conor has lead a number of projects working closely with hospitals and contractors to ensure effective agreement on process change. He led the work on a major South East England project to avoid legal disputes between parties thus avoiding litigation and ensured fair and transparent delivery of both project objectives and quick delivery. He has also led 3 reviews of complex projects, worth up to $2bl each, in the UK and in the Middle East; leading a team of 14 staff engaged on all areas of delivery, from clinical planning, construction interface, workforce, digital and operational commissioning that were all highly regarded by all key stakeholders. He was one of the main authors of the suite of the NHP clinical commissioning playbook documents. He is also a DQI reviewer.
