Clinical and Estates Masterplans
Conor has been at the forefront of this work for many years. He has worked across urban and rural areas, primary, mental health, community and acute settings. This includes reviewing all projects from individual GP premises to delivering masterplans over 200,000,sqm² including: Manchester Hospitals, Birmingham Children’s, Mid Cheshire Hospitals, Cork University Hospital Ireland, Waterford Hospital, Hamad Medical City Qatar, St James Dublin, Newcastle Hospitals Clatterbridge Liverpool, UHNM Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford, University Hospital Kerry, Bradford Teaching, Lancashire Teaching, Epson & St Helier Surrey, St Helens & Knowsley and British Colombia Women’s and Children’s. All of these have required a clinical solution with options and phasing for often 10-15 year site plans. Given financial constraints, much of this becomes subject to detailed phasing studies and prioritisation. We have a number of techniques for ensuring collaboration and engagement in determining the key project criteria.
