Executive Project Management 

Delivering governance and reporting on project outcomes, reviews and facilitating transparent processes, auditable cycle of reviews (weekly and Monthly) leading to better health project delivery. Conor is one of only two independent design reviewers who is not an Architect (amongst the seven total) on the Design Quality Indicators panel for UK projects.  He has managed major projects as a PM from concept through to operational handover on time and to budget. These include complete new hospitals in the UK, EMEA and Oncology centres that are amongst the most complex healthcare engineering and design facilities.

Conor has undertaken a number of high profile Independent reviews examples include the New Hospitals Project,  Brighton 3Ts, Jersey New Hospital, NHP reviews and elective care reviews for Cork and Galway.   These reviews deliver detailed and clear recommendations covering project governance, roles, clinical brief, demand capacity and project readiness. 

Conor has also been involved in national reviews of estates facilities, published guidance on next generation facility standards and reviewed a number of times national programmes for healthcare in the UK and in the Middle East, such as for NHP in 2021-22,  Qatar and UAE health programmes

He has also been involved in substantial due diligence on acquisitions of healthcare portfolio from single purchases to more than 100 separate facility assets as one single procurement. Conor also works as an expert witness on issues of health planning and commissioning facilities, including many high profile cases.
