Digital Platforms

Conor has worked on several projects embracing digital platforms including the very earliest installation of digital theatres and robotic systems. Conor was part of the evaluation team tasked with reviewing future technologies for NHS digital. The team reviewed many of the 61 technologies that future healthcare will incorporate through NHS digital investment. All care pathways make use of technologies and the key is blending technologies to provide a more responsive, efficient diagnostic and treatment service. These technologies must deliver more robust reporting, audit and governance procedures. Conor has delivered a number of workshops with this theme and shares international best practice with clients. This includes the flow, fabric and footprint themes that have become synonymous with interaction on all parts of the care pathway. These systems range from command centres, hand held reporting, virtual care, digital twins and major clinical systems like EPR, smartbeds and into building integration involving some of the IT industries global leaders.
