We have delivered workshops on clinical trends and out of hospital care, including optimised care pathway integration, working with both social care and 3rd parties. This has led to successfully agreed clinical models that have translated through modelling and business cases into operational facilities in England, Qatar, Scotland, Slovakia, UAE. We have over 50 completed projects from small GP practices at 970sqm² to much larger 15,000sqm² to include; multi-fund, therapies, intermediate care, clinical community support ie libraries, job clubs, gyms, and even postal services. Conor has worked on a number of mental health projects from strategy to commissioning. We have completed projects in places like Daventry, London, Surrey, Newcastle, Lancashire, Sussex and Birmingham. In transforming healthcare we need to recognise the benefits of irehab and ntermediate care, changing patient behaviours, IT & education, screening and intensive therapy this should be one of the health areas of most focus given its huge value for money impact and benefit to the individual patient.
